Summer 2010 - New roof on Edgemere Rd. Marblehead

We finished up this roof and re-leaded the chimney on Edgemere Rd in Marblehead.

5/17 - 5/18 Re-shingle roof - Edgemere Rd. Marblehead, MA

A customer called and said that he wanted his shingles replaced. We spent the day setting up staging, tarping the house and stripping all the old shingles off. We cleaned up the mess and put Ice and Water shield on the entire roof.

5/12 - 5/14 Kitchen remodel & 3 Structural beams being added. Ocean Ave - Marblehead, MA

5/5 - 5/11 Replacement windows on Jersey St. Marblehead, MA

A long time customer called and said that she wanted 15 replacement windows put in. No problem. We removed the old ones and replaced them with some beautiful Andersons.

4/27 - 5/4 Replaced storm damaged railings & stairs. Storybrook Ln. Marblehead, MA

A customer called and said that a pretty large tree branch fell and destroyed a section of porch railings and stairs. The corner post was knocked off as well. We were happy to go over and check out the damage. We started the job by exposing the corner post. We ripped off 2 rubber roofs to get to the bottom of the post. We screwed it back in, anchored it with a couple of L brackets and layed a new section of rubber roof. Problem solved. We then re-built the stairs from the ground up. Another customer happy.

4/26 Finished up Darling St. Marblehead, MA

We finished up replacing the 80 foot stretch of gutter and replaced a small corner section of gutter on the other side. The customer was very happy with the results!

4/19-4/23 Gutter replacement, Darling St. Marblehead

We we were hired to replace 80 feet of faschia board, rotten gutter & some soffit for a customer on Darling St. in Marblehead. We staged the side of the house and got to work.

We removed all the rotten gutter and faschia board. To install the gutters properly, we used spacers made out of a composite material. That composite material will never rot. We screwed the spacers to the back of the gutter and then pre-drilled holes so it would be easier to install into the faschia board.
