4/19-4/23 Gutter replacement, Darling St. Marblehead

We we were hired to replace 80 feet of faschia board, rotten gutter & some soffit for a customer on Darling St. in Marblehead. We staged the side of the house and got to work.

We removed all the rotten gutter and faschia board. Here's After the gutter & faschia was removed. The new gutter & Faschia pieces after they were delivered. We primed and finished the gutters and faschia before we installed them. The new faschia installed. Here's a picture of the first piece of the gutter installed. The finished gutter. Joints leaded & new goosenecks installed. It looks beautiful!

To install the gutters properly, we used spacers made out of a composite material. That composite material will never rot. We screwed the spacers to the back of the gutter and then pre-drilled holes so it would be easier to install into the faschia board.
